I have originated mortgages since 2003 and I am licensed in Florida, Pennsylvania and Texas. As a broker rather than a bank, I shop each loan across dozens of wholesale lenders instead of working off one rate sheet - purchase, refinance and renovation, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, DSCR and self-employed files.
